Films which are not recognized

I was able to test Ratatouille and Gladiator (both worked!). Crimson Tide was recognized (which it never did before) but there didn’t seem to be haptics. Again, I only tested really quickly for a few minutes. I’ll try to test more titles tonight if I have a chance.

@jean.lanouette You are too quick for us!

Yes, we released a part of Motion Core 11.1 last Friday and it included the fix for the movie recognition issues on the HaptiSync Hub. All movies are now recognized by the Hub once again!

Yes I can also confirm that many movies are now recognized. I checked 4 movies which are not recognized before, and all four movies work fine now. Great Job - Thank you D-BOX :grinning:

Looks like the HaptiSync doesn’t want to recognize the Porsche passive ride YouTube video.

Let me have a look at this one.

To everyone with HEMC, this issue should now be fixed. Please updated you software. In the meantime:

Switch to the HaptiSync App

Our HEMC app will be soon end of life, meaning that now is the time to switch to the HaptiSync app—this will allow you to make the most out of your entertainment thanks to our Adaptive Audio mode, which is only accessible via the HaptiSync app. Plus, this will allow you to manage all your haptic experiences from one place!

Where to Find the App

If you’re using an Apple device, the HaptiSync app can be found in the App Store and if you’re on an Android, you can find the app in the Google Play Store. There’s also a Windows version that can be downloaded directly from our website.

Happy watching!

In Germany there are transmitters(Sky+,RTL+) that transmit in 25/50 Hz, the HEMC does not cope very well with this and keeps losing the signal

Trick ā€˜r treat was recognized but I didn’t get any motion when I tried it tonight. Other films were working fine.

@jean.lanouette We tried it in English in the office and it’s working. Could you try again?

So weird, it’s works fine now. Thanks Amelie.

Happy to read that!
